Policies, Terms & Conditions

Pets & Children:

Due to safety considerations and for the comfort of all our guests, pets and children under the age of 12 are NOT PERMITTED to stay in the Wynne House Inn, but young families and our furry friends are very welcome in the Hummingbird Cottage.

*Note: if the entire Wynne House is rented for an event, then children under twelve are welcome with parental supervision.

Cancellations: Cancellations to reservations more than fourteen (14) days notice before check in are fully refundable. After seven days, reservations are not refundable.

Special events are refundable until thirty (30) days notice before the event date.

Deposits: Reservations require 50% payment at time of booking. Deposits are fully refundable as long as cancellations occur within the required range.

Breakfast: A light breakfast is served Mondays-Fridays between 8 am and 9 am. A hot homestyle breakfast is served each Saturday and Sunday at 8:30 am. If you have allergies, aversions, or requests, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Breakfast outside our scheduled times is not typically available, but you're welcome to inquire. We're happy to accommodate when possible.

Our Approach: It's our goal to create a sustainable bed & breakfast that uses locally sourced and environmentally friendly solutions whenever possible. We support local farmers and small businesses to bring you the freshest ingredients possible. We also employ a diverse staff based in Holly Springs, so you can feel good knowing your tourism dollars support historic preservation, local residents, and small business development in rural Mississippi.
